    Summary: My overall impression is that it provides a comprehensive customer relationship management platform well suited for optimizing support engagement. The activism oriented features seems very unique after prolonged usage.

    Positive: The integration & automation capabilities for tasks like email marketing & donor management seems very useful for optimizing support management. The ability to track relationships & interactions across channels is very powerful.

    Negative: Plenty of users in our organization have faced a steep learning curve while using it at the initial stage. Simplifying the user interface could get rid of this problem making the integration time much lower as compared to current time.
