    Summary: Consensus is an amazing opportunity to reach out and interact with clients. The innovation is still being enhanced and is increased in value by the support they provide beyond the implementation of the product. The representatives are more than willing to jump in the fray with you, seeing you through to success, in every way possible. This, I believe, is only the beginning.

    Positive: I appreciate the creativity of this platform, in engaging with current and new clients. You have room to specify client data for each client, as necessary. It serves as a serviceable proxy for a live, in-person meeting. Also, customer support is stellar, doing all that they can to address and ensure your concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

    Negative: Initially, there were problems with the reporting, indicating if and when clients were viewing the demos sent to them. It took a short time (approx. 30 days) to work out, at first.

    Summary: From a user perspective it is a wonderful tool. Any organization that is live demo heavy and get request for pre-recorded demos this is a great tool.

    Positive: Easy to use. Great analytics. The integration with Outlook allows an easy way to insert the link for short on-demand videos. This allows prospect to choose what they want to see and when. Consensus then captures this information and reports on it.

    Negative: I heard content creation was difficult, however, I've heard this has been addressed through additional features/functionality.

    Summary: My overall review is that I in my outbound contact to clients, I need a way, an easy way, to send demos. Prior to using consensus I was sending helpcenter links. Did not know if they were helpful or not. Now I can track which videos are being viewed and how often viewed.

    Positive: I like how easy it is to use! I can easily send my existing customers and prospects demos. I can quickly send demos with gmail integration.

    Negative: There really isn't anything I do not like. It is so simple to setup, integrate with gmail.

    Powerful tool to improve buying journey

    Summary: Selling a product that everyone wants to know about on a high-level to prepare for the future (lots of window shopping), it has been so easy to qualify leads in or out based on sending out short snippets and understanding their needs based on that.

    Positive: It has been so powerful within our Sales Org to be able to provide our buyers with the right information at the right time. Consensus is helping us to qualify (in/ out) more quickly, leading to a faster sales cycle. The integration with Gmail is working spotlessly and it was incredibly easy to learn and use Consensus (took about 20 minutes to understand and get used to it).

    Negative: Nothing I can think of, other than a couple of permissioning issues which are coming up because of the way our org has set Consensus up.
