Summary: Howhunt is a great tool for IT security trainings. I would recommend this platform to anyone. It is well designed, graphics are cool and engaging and lastly it provides great balance between gamification and objective information on the topic. Overall a great tool to use.

Positive: Hoxhunt provides trainings on the IT security in an engaging way with real and up-to-date examples of for example phishing threats. The platform works smoothly and allows for a desire to get better in predicting or uncovering IT threats. The platform has a great graphics and design making the tasks generated by the platform pleasant and easy to do. This is underpinned also by its great navigation style and easy to navigate layout. Lastly, the integration of Hoxhunt to outlook e-mail makes it a great tool to have in any organization.

Negative: Sometimes, I have encountered minor bugs such as delayed or no at all deleted training e-mail. However, I do not have anything else to say here.

Summary: Have the Hoxhunt Button is a fast way to report any suspicious email; the training give the habit to use it.

Positive: Receiving possible fake email, is a continuous reminder of possible security threads you can step into.
Easy to understand and the microtraining are fast to consume.

Negative: Nothing in particular, may be the possibility to pause when u are on vacation.

Summary: The overall experience is great, I am alert now on email malicious emails and I see myself going up in the rankings of fraudster detector skills.

Positive: Help you be really aware on identifying cyber threats, and it makes it in an enjoyable and fun way, gamifying the experience. Wining badges as you progress on your email threats detection. I can say that now thanks to Hoxhunt I am really aware of the different tricks scammers try. I highly recommend Hoxhunt.

Negative: I cannot really say cons on a tool that helps you learn an important skill nowadays in a fun way. It works really well.

Summary: I really enjoy Hoxhunt, FAR more than traditional "Internet safety training". It's more interesting, more relevant, and has true-to-life examples of phishing.

Positive: The interactivity of Hoxhunt is what makes this better than the other phishing training I've received. It also keeps the concepts fresh by periodically sending a new test email-- far better than a 30-minute video presentation once a year!

Negative: If I don't check my email frequently enough it counts against my quarterly score to "miss" a training email, but that's just the perfectionist in me.

Summary: I really like the fact you progress through levels and a lot of the lessons learnt and skills you can use and apply in your personal life e.g. keeping your personal emails as well as work emails safe.

Positive: I love the fact that the email sent are realistic and challenge you to think about what your next actions will be. Additionally the training is bitesize but packed full of information- you can easily apply and remember.

Negative: There are none- as we continue to live in an evermore digital world it is vitally important that we keep up to date with this type of training.

Summary: Wonderful UI coupled with well thought of phishing email simulation. A product that I would recommend to each corporate.

Positive: Very realistic looking phishing email simulation which helps each office colleague to be mindful of handling emails. Also the leaderboard keeps the task of catching phishing emails more engaging.

Negative: Nothing as such to highlight. However sometimes we tend to skip reading emails. There should be a mechanism to highlight unread emails.

Summary: This product has made me scrutinize nearly every single email that is sent to me. I take it as a challenge to keep my streak alive and my co-workers and I compete against each other.

Positive: Improves security at my company in a fun, challenging way. Nearly all Hoxhunt emails are different and some are very creative.

Negative: I have been using this program for almost 2 years and have found nothing about it I dislike.

Positive: The software is refine on the user experience. It's like a video game. You gain points and level-up. Then, you unlock "Spicy Mode" which make it like a real challenge. And the info they have on the company can make an email looks like your boss is trying to reach you. It's specific to company, and not general challenges.
Literally the only software my colleagues and I speak of only in good.

Negative: Hoxhunt should be a tab in outlook.
At the moment, the Hoxhunt report button is in a not-so-obvious menu. You get use to it, but a tab with the report button would just be more adequate.

Summary: I used to use KnowBe4, and while their platform was more flexible for configuration options, Hoxhunt does a better job of engaging the users and getting more participation. And that's the whole point of it, right? Security awareness starts with people caring about security.

Positive: Security is everyone's responsibility, and I firmly believe that the best way to engage everyone is to gamify it. This solution makes it easy and fun for everyone to report phishing email. The user gets instant feedback on simulations as well as real phishing emails. The leaderboard works well, and lets the departments compete against each other. It's well integrated into Microsoft 365, and can use Teams to send notifications. Hoxhunt will register imposter domains that look like yours to simulate impersonation attacks.

Negative: -While most of the UI is easy to navigate, sometimes things are a little disjointed.
 -Not their fault, but Microsoft keeps moving the Report Email button in Outlook.

Summary: I never thought I would be this motivated to catch phishing emails. Its a fun, competitive way to keep an eye out and I do think it helps keep me on my toes with my inbox.

Positive: Hoxhunt has a clean, engaging UI that I like to use. The software is fun, competitive, and informative. I particularly like how it goes through each email and shows the phishing red-flags.

Negative: I didn't know I could tell them I was on vacation and I lost my streak.

Summary: Using Hoxhunt has saved me many times when genuine Phishing emails have come in. Great practice for recognizing malicious emails. Well worth using it.

Positive: Working through the emails that are set up as potential phishing scams has increased awareness. I would encourage anyone to use this if working in an office setting. The possibility of email scams is great in a technological environment.

Negative: Hard to put a finger on. Many benefits to its use.

Negative: It has no "vacation" option to hold progress.

Positive: The application, in addition to teaching the different ways that hacks use, also teaches us how to prevent them and how to be careful with the photos and posts we make daily.

Negative: The app could have more ways to test users to help them take precautions.

Summary: All companies should have this service available. It makes it easy for employees to be safe guarded.

Positive: I love that it tests your knowledge of spam related emails
It's a great tool to teach employees email safety.

Negative: I don't have any!!! There is nothing about this product that I don't like.
