Negative: Unfortunately you can't customize WhatsApp notifications, but this doesn't depend on Simplybook, in any case there are always SMS messages

Summary: For my salon works perfect so I don't have any other complaint. Maybe to have the monthly subscription in order to cancel if you have any issues or problems.

Positive: I open a nail salon and works perfect for the booking, payments, reminder and more. Its super easy to understand.

Negative: No options to get more emails reminders because I need to upgrade.

I was nervous when I began, but it was so easy to set up and use that I feel like a pro. I'm a personal trainer just starting out on my own and I feel confident in this scheduling software. I can focus on training my customers and not worry about getting them scheduled.

Negative: I couldn't get it to integrate with PayPal business, but I found an easy solution.

Negative: No real cons - the free plan was pretty basic though so you might as well pay for one of the upgraded plans.
