Comment Re:No front suspension? (Score 1) 66

I am looking at a BRP DS90X for my young kids next summer.. I though this could perhaps replace it, but then the very limited range, very low top speed and lack of frontal suspensions really makes it unattractive. They would not be able to follow the DS250 / motocross of their older siblings, and even if they could they'd run out of battery before coming back..

Don't take me wrong, I do own a Tesla, but with its ~100kwh battery the range is not an issue :)

The goal was to have a location that was heated, could make food and so on, so people could come in when help was needed rather than die alone at home. A lot of us have spare wood for this kind of situation, but not everyone does, and not everyone had enough for the timeline (up to 3 weeks). It was impossible to buy extra wood after a few days, all the stock was gone, so it was great that they had a way to help their local population in need. I`m not sure if that's this town or another one nearby, but I remember that they were heating the arena (hockey is outside!!) and using the cafeteria / showers

Salary often only increase when you change job, and this seem even worst in this industry. In the last 5 years, I`ve not received a single salary increase. Plus, tons of bonuses programs / advantages were shut down, resulting in a decrease of my total compensation by close to 30%, while our company is making more and more $$$. I like the team, the job, and the conditions, so that`s why I`ve not moved yet, but at some point that will be necessary...

If they are so unhappy with their condition, they should not just create a spreadsheet of their salary, but start applying elsewhere. Blizzard would have no choice but to review their conditions if they hoped to get more employees afterward..

I'd posit that the brand might be more tied to the effect than the exact value of the car. I'm stopping for pedestrian even more with my 190K car than with my 5K one. With the 5K one, stopping/starting is much more inconvenient and much longer overall and quite a waste of gas so if it's possible not to do so I will, while I'm totally courteous with the other one...

NB: Does this law apply to used cars as well?
No this law does not cover used cars. This law only applies to new cars, and besides, the Monroney Sticker was already delivered for this used car years ago when it was new and installed options could have been added or removed from the car since then.

Why are you so angry ? Did Tesla fire you ?

Also note that mulroney stickers are for new cars, the features were actually removed from the car after the auction but before delivery to the dealer, the dealer noticed that the FSD was not there before the user visiter, the user saw that the options were missing but still went and purchased the car, if you've read the timelines posted... Not sure were this article got their data..
