It is fun to point out the ignorance of the orange man, but on UV he is kind of right. Use of UV light to treat bacterial and viral infections has been a thing since 1928. Until there were effective antibiotics, it was one of the procedures used to fight infections. Recent published studies have shown that UV treatment of blood can reduce the viral load of Hep C patients. Now the bad news, there are many quacks also pushing non FDA UV treatments

Agree on the bullshit part, but admin rights for all would be a disaster. Think of your least, tech capable relative (my brother), and how often they hose up their computers (weekly). Maybe the way for corporation to go is to require you to take a quiz to earn admin rights. You could also be required to agree to a list of things you can and can't do.

Physical size has nothing to do with orbital lifetimes. Things with big ballistic coefficients (~mass/frontal area) stay up longer than items with low ballistic coefficients. A marble will stay up longer than say a solar panel flying broad side to the wind. Also things in higher orbits are less affected than those in lower orbits
