How's #45 getting on?
No she doesn't. And there are VERY good reasons for Germany to fear the reemergence of insane right-wing demagogues.
I think we can get along fine without lessons on democracy from the USA, thanks!
"The pound has basically recovered..." ? What are you talking about? The pound has not recovered. The FTSE100 is up BECAUSE the pound has not recovered. What is the matter with you. If you voted to leave, that's fine, it's your decision. But you have to own the consequences, and the consequences will be dire.
I got last year's model, which was sold with Windows-something. I didn't even bother to boot it - I just installed Mint 17.3. Everything except the brightness buttons works fine. I can still adjust the brightness, just not with the function keys.
Your analogy would work if Twitter's policies involved banning people for what they are (gay, black, republican etc). But they have no way of knowing that anyway. All they can do is police people's behaviour on their own site.
Straw man much?
Do we really want corporate leadership at Twitter to be in charge of deciding when that's okay and when it should be censored?
WTF? It is their site. Who else should decide?
Twitter is a private business. What they allow on their service is entirely up to them. If they don't want to host somebody or some organisation, that's up to them. Not hosting somebody is not the same as censoring them and it doesn't impinge on that person's free speech.
280 characters? That's crazy talk!
It's their site. They don't have to host you if they don't want to. There is nothing to stop you posting stuff elsewhere. But you probably knew that.
It's a de-facto standard, to be sure. On my desk at the moment, I have Bluetooth speaker; bluetooth keyboard, a small "dye-sub" printer, a bluetooth mouse, my phone, a PS Vita, an NVIDIA shield tablet, the game controller for the tablet, and a charger for my camera's batteries. All of these devices are powered/charged by micro-usb. For the past several years, I have been trying to avoid devices that do not allow charging via micro-usb. I made an exception recently for a Pebble smartwatch - the "other" end of the charging cable is USB of course, so I don't need an extra wall wart for it.
"...some university.. "? This is Aberdeen University. You know, the closest city to Trump's resort. His spokesman even talks about Aberdeen Bay.
In this very relevant prank, some jokers put a Koran cover on a bible, then read out various passages and asked random passers-by to comment on them.
As I'm sure you can imagine, hilarity ensues
